UPDATE: I got my site back up and running by going into phpMyadmin and emptying the contents of the Sessions database, the Sessions database was the only database that was bad and the repair failed. It is currently running php version 5.6

Next mission will be to upgrade to the current version, then find a better hosting company with better tech support. I spent 2hrs in the tech chat trying to get the FTP connection using Filezilla to work only to find out my IP address had be blocked was the problem but it had worked perfectly the day before. I ALSO I created a full site backup using their web tools and its never sent me a email with a link to download the finished backup. Tech support baffled. I can only assume when my IP was blocked it blocked my email too?
My host use to be great and I had zero complaints, I think their quality and service has reached rock bottom. Their website for managing a account and website is a complete joke. When you have to contact tech support to locate things like phpmyadmin and other tools/information your website sucks. I have reverted to making BOOKMARKS to the places I want to go, to avoid using the tech support chat. I suppose if you do websites for a living and spent a few hundred hours on their site its not a problem.
