Does the problem shows up on the default style (prosilver)? If not and the pm link is available on the prosilver, then it means you have an outdated style and you should update, although not so many changes over the years happened to the pm code inside the memberlist_view.html file.On my site, for any user, there is no option to send pm, only email. Our pm work, we can pm eachother, the option just does not appear on the viewing profile page. The html file shows pm should be there and I did not edit any core files, is there a permission I need to adjust?
