I know what I did to break it this time. I followed what seems to be a bad instruction and I think it cannot be fixed. But it is certainly possible I misunderstood the instruction. Time to get the board back on line. So, uninstall it and install again. Then if that supposedly bad guidance appears, save the URL and post a question before following the guidance.
