Thank you all for the help! The problem is resolved.
I reuploaded all files for the styles I could recover, and edited the table values for the ones I could not, as some of them did not resolve even with reuploading the style files. Once all styles either had files or were removed from the table, I was able to uninstall the styles from the ACP and subsequently remove the files.
