[3.3.x] Support Forum • Installation on Windows Server

I would like to use phpBB on my Windows Server 2019 but cannot get past first base.

I already use PHP on the server, but when I load install/app.php it is blank, with no hint of what went wrong or what resources might be missing.

What to do next?
