[3.3.x] Support Forum • How to rearrange pinned topics.

I have a forum called Please read - Rules + Info. This is the first forum so it's at the top. Inside are 2 pinned topics. "How to use this site" and "Rules and info."

I want rules and Infor first, the other second. How to rearrange them so rules are first. There are and never will be any replies.
