In phpMyadmin select just the username where posts are equal too or greater than 1. Down the bottom of results there is export option for the results. On Export page switch from SQL to CSV, remove the CSV options for column separation, line endings etc.
This will give you list of usernames on new line you can paste into add members box in ACP.
