I'm not using SMTP. I did get an email when sending bulk emails and sending one to myself. But when " I forgot my password", I'm not getting the email. There is this message:
"If your account exists, a password reset link was sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive an email, it may be because you are banned, your account is not activated, you have requested multiple password resets within a short time frame, or you are not allowed to change your password. Contact an administrator if any of those reasons apply. Also, please check your spam filter."
None of those conditions exists. I can change my password, not banned, is active, and didn't do multiple resets. I did two, an hour apart.
I can't find any log that shows me that an email couldn't be sent. It's going to my Hotmail account and that did get the bulk one, although it went to spam and I said no, it's not spam.
Any idea why the password email isn't coming through?
